How does it work? You put down a deposit and we help you select a processor.

You then get to make all the decisions about how your meat will be prepared. Do you want country ribs? Do you prefer your hams smoked or fresh? What flavors of sausage do you want?

Once you start buying pork in bulk, you’ll never go back to buying individual cuts again!

Your $100 deposit goes directly to the processor to cut and package your meat. In the majority of cases, your total processing cost will be less than $100. In those cases, we simply apply the difference to the cost of your whole pig. 

Your pig itself will cost $2.88 per pound of live weight (or about $4.00 per pound hanging weight). Most pigs attain live weights ranging from 250-290.
