Primevere has been in cultivation since 1901 and there’s a reason it’s so popular.
The Anemone form bloom opens with soft pink guard petals and and butter cream yellow center. Both guard petals and center slowly fade to white.
Primevere is fragrant and, if in a reasonably sheltered area, may not require staking.
All bare-root peonies ship Sept-Oct.
